I feel like it was worth the money. I don’t really have any complaints about it.

I’ve been using waybetter for a few months now, it’s been simple to get the hang of. Joining games, checking my progress, and uploading proof all feel straightforward, which I really appreciate because I do not have the patience for apps that make a basic task feel like a tax form.

I haven’t had much trouble with crashes or anything not saving, so that’s been nice. Notifications show up like they’re supposed to, and most days the app loads quickly for me. It is, in a very practical sense, a reliable digital tool. Also, thank goodness, because broken apps make me dramatically angry.

Overall, it does what it says it’s going to do without making things confusing. Nothing super flashy, but I don’t need it to be. I’m happy with it so far, and I guess that’s the highest praise I can give an app I mostly just want to work and leave me alone.

I accidentally canceled my game at first and wasn’t really sure if I’d get the refund sorted. I reached out to support and they helped me quickly, maybe within an hour or so. The money showed back up after about 3 or 4 days. it was way easier than I expected, with no arguing or weird extra steps...

I’m surprised, but this actually helped me lose 12 pounds. I’ve tried to stick with workouts before and always fell off after a week or two... but this time it just felt easier to keep going. Not sure what clicked, but I’m happy it did.

The community is probably my favorite part of WayBetter, so I’m a little biased. I’m the kind of person who does way better when other people are in it with me, and that’s exactly what made me keep showing up. People check in, cheer each other on, and it never feels judgmental or intense. There were definitely days I only followed through because I saw others doing it too. For me, that support makes a huge difference.

That said, when I had a question, the response made me feel a little dismissed, like they were just trying to move me along instead of actually helping. So the pricing side was straightforward, but the support experience could’ve been better.

I did end up getting paid, so that part was good. I guess I expected the payout to be a little higher after all the time I put in, not that it felt totally unfair or anything, just slightly smaller than I had in my head. Maybe that’s on me, but I wish the split had been laid out more clearly before I started. Overall, it was okay, just left me doing the math afterward.

I was happy with the prize amount. It ended up being a bit more than I expected, which was a nice little surprise when I checked it.

I’ve actually really liked using WayBetter because the goals don’t feel totally impossible, but they still give me that little push I need!!! Some weeks are definitely tougher than I expected, but that’s kind of the whole point!!! It keeps me from talking myself out of things or making excuses like I normally would!!!

It just feels more real than trying to track everything by myself and then slowly forgetting about it!!! I’ve stuck with it way longer than I thought I would, which surprised me!!!

I tried it out the other day while I was just sitting around with my coffee, the deposit and withdrawal process worked good. I didn’t have to overthink anything, which was nice, and everything went through easier than I expected

I did get the reminders on time, which was helpful, but some of the messages weren’t super clear. After a while, the number of emails started to feel like a lot, especially when I was already mentally drained and just trying to keep up

I’ve tried WayBetter a few times now, and overall the rules have been easy for me to follow. I really like being able to see the game details and payout info before joining, because it helps me know what I’m getting into. Some of the policy wording still takes a little extra reading, but I’ve always been able to find the answers when I look. I haven’t run into any major problems so far. I’d give it 4 stars since a few parts could be a bit simpler.
